Preconstruction + Design Development

This is where the remodel moves from idea to real plan. Architecture takes shape, selections are made, pricing becomes exact, and the full scope sharpens into something buildable.

Once the design is approved, the scope is locked, and the final estimate is signed off, the remodel moves into execution. Payments follow milestone-based draws as work is completed.
